COVID-19 Security Measures

Hartpury Village Hall has carried out a COVID risk assessment which identifies the measures which we are taking in order to become and remain COVID secure. Depending on the nature of the planned event, hirers may also be required to complete their own risk assessment before bookings can be confirmed. We have drafted a Sample Risk Assessment for Hirers which can be used as a starting point, but alternative formats can also be used if preferred.

Alongside our normal conditions of hire we have introduced some further Special Conditions of Hire relating to the COVID-19 pandemic. All hall users can help us by observing the guidelines in our COVID-19 Secure Notice.

The steps which we have taken, and are continuing to take, in order to achieve and maintain COVID-secure status and to re-open the hall have drawn upon the guidelines provided by the national network of village halls, ACRE.
