Keypad access

We have introduced a new keypad access system from 30 May 2022. A physical key is no longer needed to access the hall. Regular hall users have been provided with their own personal 4-digit code, which should be kept confidential. One-off hall hirers will be provided with a temporary code for their period of hire.

The intruder alarm must also be disarmed when entering and re-armed when leaving the hall in order for the keycode system to operate correctly. All hall users will be provided with a code for the intruder alarm, which can contain up to 6 digits. Regular hall users should continue to use the familiar 4-digit code for the intruder alarm.

The keypad instructions for regular users can be accessed here.

The instructions for one-off / non-regular hirers can be accessed here.
