The hall remains closed in accordance with the ongoing COVID lockdown restrictions, with the exception of the twice-weekly Post Office service which is continuing to operate. The government’s roadmap out of lockdown has identified 12 April as the earliest date on which community centres may be able to re-open, but this date is as yet unconfirmed and there would be continue to be restrictions on the type of activities which would be allowed.
The play, games and fitness areas are all now open again.
Anyone entering the hall to visit the Post Office or for any other reason must observe the specific COVID-secure rules which are posted on the internal and external notice boards. Visitors to the outside areas must also observe the rules on social gatherings and the “Hands, Face, Space” guidelines.
We are able to take bookings for future events, subject of course to any ongoing or future restrictions which may still be in place at the time. Please note the additional conditions of hire and the COVID protocols which will continue to apply in order to maintain our COVID Secure status as and when we are able to re-open. Please also bear in mind that these are live documents which may need to be updated as and when the COVID rules change, in which case we will post details on the news pages on this website.
We look forward to welcoming you at Hartpury Village Hall as soon as circumstances allow.
