Marquee Hire for Events and Celebrations

We offer a selection of marquees for weekend hire, with a standard size of 8m x 4m—ideal for events, parties, and outdoor gatherings. You can request a marquee by submitting a booking through the Hallmaster bookings system. Tables and chairs can also be supplied to support your event.

Marquees are hired out by the weekend but when using the bookings system you will need to select a single day in the calendar, e.g. the Saturday.  If you aren’t able to access a particular day because of a prior booking in the calendar, please try clicking on a different day over the same weekend; depending on the location and the specific requirements we may be able to handle more than one booking for the same weekend.  Please use the “Special Requirements” box on the online booking form to provide information about the location for the marquee and any other relevant details.   

Marquees are normally erected on the Thursday evening before your event and taken down by the following Tuesday, subject to weather conditions. The marquee hire service operates from 1 May to 30 September and is available within a 10-mile radius of Hartpury.
