Special Rates for Hartpury Residents

As part of our charitable purpose, Hartpury Village Hall offers reduced hire rates for residents of the village. These community-focused prices help ensure that local individuals, families, and groups can access and enjoy the hall’s facilities at an affordable cost.

Minimum Hire Period

The minimum booking duration is 1.5 hours, allowing ample time for setup, your activity or event, and initial clear-down. Longer bookings can be arranged as needed through the Hallmaster system.
