The AGM of Hartpury Village Hall will be held at the hall on Tuesday 12 May at 7.00 pm. All village residents are welcome to attend and take part. We will post the agenda and the annual report on the website in advance of the meeting.
The AGM provides the opportunity for local residents to stand for election to the village hall committee and board of trustees, and for local groups to nominate representatives as committee members for the coming year in accordance with the charity’s trust deed.
The Annual Parish Meeting, which is hosted by the Parish Council, will follow at 7.30 p.m.
