We have increased the hire charges for Hartpury Village Hall with effect from 1 January 2026 for non-regular bookings. Bookings made or requested before 1 January 2026 will be charged at the old rates.
The new hourly rate is £16.50 per hour for villagers and £27.50 for non-villagers. The increases are broadly in line with the most recent inflation figures.
Discounted rates for regular users will be increased with effect from 1 April, to allow for 3 months notice.
