We have reluctantly taken the decision to lock the stage lighting control cupboard which means that the stage lights are no longer accessible to external hirers without prior arrangement / subject to the agreement of the village hall committee and payment of an additional charge. This decision has been taken because of repeated instances of equipment being misused and / or damaged.
This does not affect the normal above-stage strip lights, the switch for which is at the top of the stairs behind the stage on the car-park side of the building.
If you wish to access the stage lighting for your event please let us know at the time of requesting your booking so that we can provide any instruction as necessary. A charge of £30 will be applied.
